Montreal keeps roadwork vehicles ready for use in underground bunkers

Given the vast amount of roadwork undertaken each summer in Montreal, the city has come up with a great system to cut down on equipment transportation time. At various points around the downtown area the city has installed underground parking for vehicles used for road repairs. By having these machines in place throughout the city the time and cost of moving them into position is cut to virtually nothing.

OK … maybe it is an infrastructure problem, but I like my explanation better!!
