It appears the Syrian government of President Bashar al-Assad has used chemical weapons on at least two occasions. Up to 150 people may have been killed in these sarin gas attacks. Not a great number when you consider 93,000 people have lost their lives over the last two years in Syria. Regardless, chemical weaponry is a whole new approach and one the US, and its allies, must not, and will not, take lightly.
