Just after midnight a 4.5 magnitude earthquake shook Montrealers. No damage has been reported nor, thankfully, injuries. These little seismic events are far from rare in this region and they always make me think how terrible it must be to experience a large earthquake. The feeling of total helplessness as your china and glasses rattle must be unbearable when it’s your neighbourhood shifting and breaking up.
