ABC plays up cannibalism aspect of Magnotta

The flurry of media attention around the murder of  Jun Lin in Montreal has focused primarily on the dismemberment of the victim and the mailing of various body parts. The next interest was locating the missing head – which now seems to have been accomplished.

Meanwhile ABC News has opted to play the cannibalism card in their headline in reference to suspect Luka Magnotta. Sensationalism must still sell news.
