Sherbrooke Street in Montreal is closed in both directions for several weeks while a sink-hole is repaired thus causing a traffic nightmare. You might think that non-essential work would be put on hold until the morning commute is over, but you’d be wrong.

On the corner of Sherbrooke and Peel Streets traffic was further disrupted while a banner was hung…

It boggles the mind!!
