DCMontreal: Blowing the Whistle on Society

Eclectic social commentary with a chuckle and maybe a sting in the tail

Weekly Photo Challenge: Threshold

This week’s photo challenge theme is Threshold. A threshold can be an actual entrance or egress, or a figurative concept along the lines of being on the horns of a dilemma, or a starting or turning point. I’ve opted to take the clear route and post a couple of shots of grand thresholds – or doors if you prefer – complete with arches and keystones, stairs and columns.

Sadly both sets of doors appear to be shut tight; perhaps if more school and church doors were open and welcoming we might all be in a better place!
